Vets on the Go is ideal for pets who are older, immobile, or anxious when travelling. It will also be an advantage for multi-pet households, people with very busy schedules and for anyone without transport. The benefit of having the vet come to you is that it is convenient, lessens the stress for you and your pet and reduces the risk of contagious disease.
We charge a reasonable fee for these services but as it is a non-profit organisation all proceeds go into helping the animals of Grenada by organizing spay/neuter and vaccination clinics especially in areas where there are little or no veterinary services. We also rely greatly on private donations of medical supplies and funding to make this happen.
Your support will mean that we can organize spay/neuter and vaccination clinics around the island as well as providing preventative care to reduce the risk of animals developing diseases such as ‘Tick Fever' and Heartworm which are widespread on Grenada.
